Shipping Policy

Each original artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the artwork's size, weight, and destination.

Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and the damage, so I can help resolve the issue.

Return Policy

I want you to feel confident and happy with your artwork purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork.

All returns must be requested and approved before the artwork is shipped back. Please do not return any artwork without prior authorization.

To qualify for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and carefully packaged for safe transportation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except when the artwork arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom commissions are generally non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.
