Fire River explores the meeting of movement and transformation. Flowing forms weave through the composition like currents of energy, carrying fragments of life, memory, and imagination. The red elements pulse against the black and white structure, creating a rhythm that suggests both vitality and change.

As in many of my Tourlicoulis-inspired works, individual forms appear to communicate with one another, forming a visual language that is playful, organic, and open to interpretation. The winding pathways evoke a river in constant motion, while the fiery accents bring warmth, passion, and intensity to the journey.

The painting invites viewers to wander through its intricate network of shapes and discover their own stories, connections, and moments of wonder.
